Imperial Corte Barbering System
The full shop management system behind Imperial Corte, built for the chair and refined for the counter. It runs the daily queue and tickets, barber payroll, customer records and the shop's finances from one private sign-in.
What we built
One system for the whole shop. At the counter, tickets are issued, processed and managed through the day's flow, with payments taken against each ticket.
Barber payroll tracks each barber's commission, with advances and payments recorded against it. Customer records keep profiles, visit history, loyalty and credits. For the owner there is a cash book, expenses and a profit and loss view, so the state of the business is clear at a glance.
